This site explains the secrets of how I gained 25 pounds of muscle in just 3 months!

So by your being here, I assume you would like to gain some muscle. You've come to the right place! Let me first explain three things about this site:

In fact, I will be explaining how you can get around buying some of the supplements that are out there, save your money, and achieve nearly the same results without them! Secrets the supplement companies don't want you to know! I will go through some that worked well for me, and some that did nothing for me. Note I say what worked for me. That's because everybody's different. I can't guarantee you'll get the exact same results I did, as everybody is different. I can guarantee that the information in here is accurate, I never took steroids of any kind, and my gains were pure hard work and diet. If you follow the information herein, then you should see some nice gains too.

Btw, regarding the pics you are about to see, the first one is from about 1.75 months in, and the second pic is after the 3 months. I don't have a pic from the very start. Why? To be honest, I didn't think the gains were going to be that significant at the start. A couple months later I realized how well it was working so I snapped a pic. I started at 165 lbs and the first pic you see here is at 185 lbs. The second pic is 193 lbs. Also, no face shots? I know, I know, but just look at the shape of my head. Can't change that. It really is me. Thicker back, bigger arms and shoulders, and the same waist.

The first thing you need is, obviously, dedication and the willingness to gain weight. It doesn't come overnight. It takes a lot of time and effort. I will assume a couple of things:

Assumption 1: You have some lifting experience and are familiar with the names of exercises and how to perform them. If you are unfamiliar with any of them, then check my videos or check google.

Assumption 2: You are physically fit and able to perform the exercises and your doctor has approved of your working out and modifying your diet. If not, then please check with your doctor. Everyone's body is different, and you should always check with your doctor before significantly changing your workout and/or diet.
